Covim we know exactly what you expect when you want a good cup of coffee. In over 40 years of experience, we’ve acquired the expertise and sensitivity that enable us, by carefully controlling every stage of the production process, to guarantee a superior quality product, full of flavour and always consistent.

It all begins with the careful selection of the finest coffees at source, followed by repeated and diligent controls on the incoming raw material, the extremely delicate roasting phase, which is carefully monitored to ensure balance and to maximise the characteristics of the coffee, the expert and exclusive blending of the various coffee qualities and, finally, the equally delicate and highly important grinding and packagingprocesses.

Covim coffees are the result of a passion, culture, and style that leave no detail unattended. Our blends and aromas for the various markets are the result of long experience and in-depth knowledge of the needs of both consumers and coffee professionals.

With four specific product lines, designed for the Vending, Bar, Mass Retail and HoReCa sectors, the excellence of Covim coffee reaches all the different types of consumers: in the workplace and public places, at the coffee shop, and at home.

The greatest challenge that Covim had to face was the process of “industrialising” the know-how, secrets, and care that are the essence and legacy of an activity that was historically and methodologically artisanal. In its development plan, the company management immediately understood that the same attention and quality parameters applied to the product and processing had to be applied in the choice of technologies and in identifying the best management and quality control systems.

All the production processes, from the arrival of the raw material to the delivery of the finished product to the customer, have been codified and “engineered”. Covim uses technologically advanced machinery and systems and, by achieving the maximum levels of automation, successfully met a difficult challenge: to transfer the superior and sought-after quality of artisanal coffee to industrial production and distribution.

Covim’s attention to quality and to the environment is officially certified. We hold UNI EN ISO 9001 certification for quality management, and our production facility applies the environmental management system certified according toUNI EN ISO 14001.
